Charter Oak Cultural Center is hosting an evening of celebration for the supporters, volunteers and donors whose generous commitment to COCC's mission and to our building campaign has brought us to an exciting new chapter that will enable us to present more multi-cultural arts events, increase our student body by 250 and serve more people at our expanded campus.
