Dr. Albano is the director of the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders. She specializes in the study and treatment of anxiety and mood disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults. An expert in cognitive behavioral therapy, she co-developed a treatment program for adolescents with social phobia and co-authored a manual for school refusal and depression in adolescents.
